Vibration and Heat Convection in Czochralski Crystal Growth. The cold growing crystal is situated in the centre of the upper boundary. The bpttpm and the wall of the cylindrical crucible are hot. The crystal is harmonically vibrating in vertical direction. The vibrations level the distribution of a temperature in the crucible decrease the width of boundary layers. This features can have useful influence on a quality of growing crystals. The task is solved with Dr. A.I.Fedyushkin using code ASTRA in 2000.
